2. Products & Orders

All products displayed on NOVEIVA are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Returns & Refunds

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Customised or limited edition items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of NOVEIVA and is protected by Indian copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Distributor Terms

Distributors are bound by a separate agreement. Submitting a distributor application does not guarantee approval. NOVEIVA reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

NOVEIVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
